Camp will be held outside, rain or shine, at Rose Hill Elementary School, located at 8044 128th Ave NE, Kirkland, WA 98033. Campers will have access to inside bathrooms.
We use 6Crickets for registration which is used by many elementary schools in the Kirkland area. If you already have a 6Crickets account, you can use that to register for our camp! If you don't have an account, you can create one before registration opens to make the process quicker. Go to 6Crickets.com to create your account and add your campers. You can setup parent information, emergency contacts, basic medical information we should know for planning, and allowed list for pickup all before registration opens. When adding your child into 6Crickets, put in their current grade for this year. 6Crickets will automatically increment the grade in June, so it will count the camper correctly for our camp in July as next year school grade. Please pick the session for the GS level your camper will be next school year.
When registering, please have the following when going through the registration process:
All Campers, Program Aides, and Adult Volunteers must complete the registration process online for camp. The online registration form records the key information about each camp participant. Adult volunteers, Explorer PAs, and campers use the same registration process. Program Aides will be sent a registration link when their application is approved.
Rising 1st - 5th grade campers and 6th graders who do not want to go camping at River Ranch GS camp.
Rising 6th Graders (Forest Green) will go to River Ranch Girl Scout property to camp Tuesday - Thursday. Forest Green will attend camp at the school on Monday and Friday with other campers. If your rising 6th grader doesn't feel comfortable going camping, we can also have them stay at day camp.
Program Aide training for 7th & 8th grader who want to become PAs
This unit is specifically for pre-K (4 - 5 year old) girls and pre-K - 5th grade boys of our volunteers. This unit lets our adult volunteers join in without having to find alternative childcare for their other children. If we do not have enough tagalongs to have their own unit, we will combine them with our pink Daisy unit.
Teen program aides who run units or activities.
Cancelations before June 1st, 2026, will be fully refunded. Refunds after this date will be made at the discretion of the camp.
We will be accepting program credit (aka cookie dough) for payments for this camp. Register for camp online and put in "programcredit" discount code during payment and the camp registrar will reach out to you.
We do not want cost to get in the way of a fantastic camp experience for your camper! If you need financial assistance, you can apply through GSWW at this link: www.girlscoutsww.org/FinancialAssistance. Applications can be done online or mailed to the Seattle office. If you don't meet the guidelines for GSWW financial assistance, but still need assistance with camp costs, please register as noted below and reach out to our registrar to discuss further.
Register for camp online and put in "financialaid" discount code during payment and the camp registrar will reach out to you. Submit the financial assistance application directly to Girl Scouts of Western Washington (GSWW). Diversity and equity are core values of Girl Scouts of Western Washington. We aim to empower every Girl Scout-girls of every race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, ability, gender identity, religion, or geographic location-to make the world a better place. We also recognize that gender is not binary – people don’t identify only as boys or girls. We welcome children from across the gender spectrum: those who identify as transgender, agender, androgynous, etc., and those who are in transition or questioning their gender identity. Because the Girl Scout mission is to specifically hold space for Girl Scouts to build courage, confidence and character, Girl Scouts would not be an appropriate space for those who identify as cis gender boys (those whose gender identity is male and their assigned sex at birth is male).
